Ms, pothi, 29,2 : 10,2 cm, fol. 1-54v, 18-19 lines, left margin r: Mongolian pagination, right margin r: Chinese siglum and foliation. Golden script on black ground, framed in navy-blue; fol. 1 glued on a wooden board covered by orange-brown silk; between each fol. a sheet of thin rice-paper is put. Fol. 1v: left side colour-illustration of Buddha Śākyamuni, right side colour-illustration of Subhūti. Back cover glued to a wooden board and covered by orange-brown silk, blue silk cover cloth preserved; on back cover colour-illustrations of the four lokapāla, from left to right: Virūḍhaka, Dhṛtarāṣṭra, Vaiśravaṇa and Virūpākṣa. Preserved with the text is a separate fol. (1r) of much smaller size, giving the Sanskrit title of the Thar pa chen po in Tibetan script.
