A copy of the early translation of the Aṣṭasāhasrikā-prajñāpāramitā prepared by Samdan Sengge at the request of the Tümen erdeni sečen qung tayji, the Bodisung Qatun, Toγtaqu sečen čögökür tayiji and Bsodnams nomči dayičing gonbo tayiji. The translation was prepared from Tibetan translations done by Dharmatala and Lotsaba Vairocana, Rakshita and Sang Suryaprabha. This translation was included in the St. Petersburg Kanjur, but not in the printed Kanjur of 1718/20, compare the colophon in Ligeti 1942-44, No. 766.1 The colophon of the St. Petersburg Kanjur edition is nearly identical to the colophon in the Ernst collection, except that the Kanjur colophon does not mention Tümen erdeni sečen qung tayiji.2
