Description of the Sukhāvatī, composed by the Čaqar gebsi Blo bzang tshul khrims, here called Tsulkrims, on the request of the Maniči Gendun gelong. Although the Tibetan title of the manuscript suggests a translation from the Tibetan, the text is a genuine Mongolian work,⁶ making use of two works written by Tsong kha pa, the Sugavadi-dur törökü-yin irüger degedü oron-u qaγalγ-a negegči and the Abida-yin maγtaγal (fol. 42v18-43r4), as well as other teachings transmitted by the A kya Gegen Blo bzang bstan pa’i rgyal mtshan. The manuscript of the Ernst collection is based on a xylograph prepared at the initiative of Darqan nangso gelong ngagvang sodba from the Čaqar Čaγan aγula-yin süme. Heissig 1954, p. 111-113, gives a brief summary of the contents of the Sügevadi-yin oron-u jokiyal, based on the Beijing xyl. of the work.⁷
